Caswell is a life-long resident
of South Kingstown, Rhode Island with family heritage from;
Charlestown, Narragansett, and Hope Valley communities. His
over-thirty-years in real estate have given him the experience
needed to meet today’s demands for excellence.
His real estate areas of specialty include: Residential and
commercial brokerage, senior consulting and appraisal. Ned’s
real estate accomplishments include Broker/Owner Re/MAX Flagship
with certifications in residential and buyer brokerage, senior
real estate specialist, and certified general appraiser. Ned
is active in his professional community having served as president
of the Rhode Island Association of Realtors, the Washington
County Board of Realtors, and twice named Realtor of the Year.
His passion is sailing – Ned
successfully completed an internationally sponsored world
circumnavigation sail race finishing at the top in second
(2000-2001). Ned also successfully sailed single-handed to
Bermuda in a competition. Family and community service are
also important to Ned who has two sons and four grandchildren
living in the Boston area. Ned donates time to Habitat for
Humanity and senior’s organizations.

Jay
Murney is a South County Rhode Island native
who began his career in Real Estate over twenty years ago
under the tutelage of a local developer. Jay was there during
the development for desirable subdivisions such as South Road
Estates, Green Hill Estates, Carver Lane, and Briggs Farm.
In 1982, Jay attended URI earning a degree in Broadcast Journalism
and subsequently a Master's in Instructional Media and Technology
at Rhode Island College. For the next twelve years he was
a team member in the design of interactive training in biotechnology
and the Tomahawk Cruise Missile Program. He would later go
on to become production coordinator for remote TV segments
including The Home Show, Good Morning America, and many others.
Jay's knowledge of the Rhode Island
real estate served him well as assistant location manager
on the highly acclaimed feature film, Outside Providence.

In 1994, Jay returned to real estate
selling residential properties full time. Eight years later
and aboard the ReMax Flagship, his base of expertise has expanded
to include investment, industrial, commercial, and residential
properties. Jay is a member of the Washington Board of Realtors,
a Certified Buyer(s) Specialist, and recently received the
Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) certificate. Call Jay
